I Will Start A Little With Some Part Of My Story,
It All Started Around The Age Of 8 When I Wanted To Surprise My Mother.I Took The Initiative To Create A Dinner With Some Butter Cookies For Dessert, It Filled Me With Excitement To Be Able To Somehow Surprise My Family With Something I Had Learned.Making Them Smile Has Always Been A Joy For Me.

I Am Currently 39 Years Of Age, Since I Was Very Little And I Have Had A Great Interest In The Area Of Culinary Arts, On Occasions I Watched My Mother And My Grandmothers When They Were Preparing Some Food.I Was Intrigue About How Many Things I Could Recreate With The Mixture Of Smells, Flavors And Spices.So My Experience Has Been Growing Since Then, Modifying, Improving, Customizing And Recreating More And More.At Every Step It Has Contributed To A More Detailed Of Creativity.

My First Cake,
Around 12 Years Old, With Great Enthusiasm I Prepared A Surprise For My Little Brother For His Birthday.I Remember The Cake Being Vanilla With Some Small Cupcakes Decorated With Miniature Dinosaurs.

One Of The Cakes That I Most Enjoyed Creating Was The Eiffel Tower, Not Only Because Of The Subtlety That It Has, But Also Because Of It's Colors And Details.

One Of My Biggest Challenges Was Creating A 3-Dimensional Cake In The Shape Of A Pirate Ship.It Took Around 12 Hours To Create, Dedicating Every Minute To Every Detail, Where Everything Was 98% Edible.After A Long And Fun Period Of Time, I Finished My Great Masterpiece.
In A Short Time I Made Some Of The Most Fun, Simple And Colorful Cakes.Obtaining As A Great Reward A Huge And Sweet Smile, With A Look That Radiated Light And Excitement Upon Seeing Her Little Mermaid Cake.Her Reaction Filled Me With Great Satisfaction And Gratitude Upon Witnessing That I Was Able To Achieve My Goal Of Drawing A Smile On Her Face.
